    This website is operated by Lostly, based in  Nijmegen, The Netherlands.

  2. Products and Pricing
    All prices are listed in EUR (€) and include VAT where applicable.
    We do our best to describe and photograph our products accurately, but small variations may occur.
    We reserve the right to change prices, shipping rates, or discontinue products at any time without notice.

  3. Shipping and Delivery
    We ship orders from Europe with care and attention.
    Delivery times:

  • Within Europe: we strive for swiftness but we cannot guarantee so we maintain 7–14 business days as our target

  • Outside Europe (for example, USA, Australia, New Zealand): 10–15 business days
    Shipping costs are displayed at checkout. You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed and another when it ships.

  1. Returns and Refunds
    You have the right to return your order within 14 days after receiving it, in accordance with EU consumer law.
    To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
    Please contact lostlyshop@gmail.com before returning any product.
    Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.

  2. Privacy
    Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
    We only use your information to process your order and improve your experience.

  3. Limitation of Liability
    We do not accept liability for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.
    Our total liability shall never exceed the amount you paid for the product.

  4. Governing Law
    These Terms are governed by the laws of The Netherlands and the European Union.
    Any disputes shall be handled by the competent court in Nijmegen, The Netherlands.
